Find what
pays. Then
do it again.
You need to know whether spending money to find customers will make you more than you put in. We run ad and landing-page experiments to find a repeatable way to grow, with a recommended 120-day program.
Plan your GTM experiments →A 120-day program. A month-to-month contract. Ad spend is separate from our service fee.
We recommend giving the experiments 120 days. If we’re not the right fit, you can leave.
Stop betting the budget
on an untested answer.
We start with the problem you need to solve, then test who responds, what they respond to, and what happens after the click. Each round tells us what deserves another round.
We define what needs proving.
We work through your offer, your buyers, and the numbers that would make customer acquisition worthwhile. That gives the experiments a decision to answer.
We start with $100 market tests.
Minimum viable sprints use small ad campaigns to test the market before committing to larger rounds. The $100 is ad spend, not our service fee.
We run $1,000 experiment rounds.
We test ads and landing pages together, using the results to change the audience, message, or offer. Each round uses $1,000 in ad spend, with service fees on top.
We decide what to do next.
We use the evidence to decide what to stop, what to change, and what merits more budget. The aim is a customer-acquisition approach you can repeat profitably.
Useful tests start with
understanding the business.

Inbar Yagur: you learn a thing and then you, you, you adopt it and then you learn another thing and you adopt it. There's a methodology to it that, that helps this exponential learning curve that then you're continuously improving
Tom Nassr: But to me, the most valuable aspect of my engagement with Trevor was his intimate understanding of what I'm trying to do and translating that into marketing speak, into real marketing tests, and running those tests to gain very specific insights about the audience that we're trying to target.

My name is Tom Nassr.
I'm CEO, founder of XRay.Tech.
And I hired Trevor at CrowdTamers to help me experiment
with some ads to figure out what would actually get traction
in terms of my messaging and how I could run ads.
I've personally never run ads before.
So Trevor was very, very helpful with me
from both an ads perspective
because that's what I came to him for
and that's what I asked for.
But I'm really early on.
I was and still am really early on
in the trajectory of my business.
And Trevor's personal experience came in huge help
because he's a senior person, right?
So a senior marketer really helped me understand
how to structure the content that I have
and the things that I wanna be thinking about
when we are running ads.
So for example, a couple of the ads that Trevor ran
were ads that I would never have come up with for one.
And they were from a broad spectrum
of the audience that I was targeting.
So I'm targeting automation focused people,
no code, industry loosely.
And he created three ads that went from one extreme
to the other in a very artful way,
which was awesome to see
and we definitely learned a lot from that.
But the best thing about Trevor
and CrowdTamers in particular
is his ability to understand the business
and the goals of the business
and extract marketing tactics and angles
from that core understanding.
So if you're considering hiring Trevor and CrowdTamers,
I highly recommend him.
Feel free to reach out to me
and ask me any questions if you like.
But to me, the most valuable aspect
of my engagement with Trevor
was his intimate understanding of what I'm trying to do
and translating that into marketing speak
into real marketing tests
and running those tests to gain very specific insights
about the audience that we're trying to target.
So thank you, Trevor,
and good luck in everything that you're doing going forward.
Thanks.

We tested messages, visuals, calls to action, and local relevance over two months. The published case study reports a 5% Facebook ad click-through rate and an 8% visit-to-marketing-qualified-lead rate.

An initial four-day experiment cost $296.97 in ad spend. The ads underperformed, but revealed audience differences and informed the next test. The write-up shows the weak results as well as the follow-up.

“You were the only one offering an approach tailored for early-stage startups, focusing on quick, iterative learning and experimentation, which made sense to me.”

Buy evidence before
you buy scale.
We charge a monthly service fee to run the work. Advertising budgets are separate: $100 for initial market-testing campaigns and $1,000 for later experiment rounds. We’ll agree the scope and budget before you commit.

A few practical details.
Is 120 days a minimum contract?
No. We recommend a 120-day run so we can work through the experiments from start to finish. Your contract remains month-to-month. If we’re not the right fit, you can leave.
Are the $100 and $1,000 amounts your fees?
No. Those amounts are advertising spend for the campaigns and experiment rounds. Our monthly service fee is additional. We’ll agree the number of rounds and budget with you.
Do you guarantee profitable acquisition in 120 days?
That’s the objective, not a promised result for every business. The experiments can also show that an audience, message, or offer needs to change before more spending makes sense.
What happens when a test doesn’t work?
We use the result to decide what to change or stop. Spending more on an offer the market hasn’t responded to isn’t a substitute for finding out why.
Make the next budget
a better-informed decision.
Bring us the growth problem you haven’t been able to solve. We’ll work through what needs testing and what evidence would make your next investment worthwhile.
